食品微生物检验课程项目式教学改革实践及达成度分析

摘要:

基于OBE理念,借助人工智能(AI)技术对食品微生物检验课程进行建设实践,通过分析梳理实际工作岗位的技能需求,匹配课程培养目标与教学内容。课程教学改革实践中,逐步完善“课程思政融入”“检验技术串引”两条主线的应用型教学内容设计,打造“4+4+4”专创融合教学项目,将AI技术应用于基础教学、应用实践、创新实践三阶递进式的教学方式。运用工程认证的理念评价课程分目标的达成度分别是0.84、0.80、0.84,课程总目标的达成度是0.823,分析了课程建设三方面的问题并提出相应的解决措施,持续开展课程建设,有效地达成课程应用型人才培养目标。

Abstract:

This article is based on the OBE concept and utilizes artificial intelligence AI technology to construct and practice the Food Microbial Examination course. By analyzing and sorting out the skill requirements of actual job positions the course training objectives and teaching content are matched. In the practice of curriculum teaching reform the two main lines of "integrating ideological and political education into the curriculum" and " linking inspection techniques" have gradually been improved and the "4+4+4" specialized and innovative integrated teaching project has been designed which applies AI technology to a three-level progressive teaching method of basic teaching application practice and innovative practice. The evaluation of the achievement of course sub objectives using the concept of engineering certification is0.84 0.80 0.84 and the achievement of the overall course objective is0.823. The problems in three aspects of course construction were analyzed and corresponding solutions were proposed to continue course construction and effectively achieve the goal of cultivating application-oriented talents in the course.
